Badreldin Developments celebrates groundbreaking، construction commencement of ONE33 Project in Sheikh Zayed

Badreldin Developments، a subsidiary of the leading Badreldin Group in real estate market، celebrated the groundbreaking and commencement of construction for its latest project in Sheikh Zayed City، ONE33 Compound.

The ceremony for the ONE33 project's groundbreaking was attended by Eng. Mamdouh Badreldin، Chairman and Founder of Badreldin Companies; Eng.Tamer Badr El Din، Chairman of Badreldin Developments; and Eng. Ahmed Badreldin، General Manager of Badreldin Developments، along with the heads of various departments within Badreldin Companies.

The development of projects

The launch of the ONE33 project aligns with Badreldin companies' strategic plan in the real estate market، which focuses on continuous expansion and the development of projects that add significant value to the Egyptian market. This also contributes to the state's development plan and provides employment opportunities for thousands of workers.

The ONE33 project crowns the extensive experience of Badreldin companies، which spans over 34 years، during which they have successfully executed a series of diverse real estate projects. Over the past twenty years، they have developed and delivered integrated projects covering an area of 1.2 million sqm، including 8،000 residential units and 200،000 sqm of mixed-use services such as malls، office buildings، hotels، and more. Currently، the group is developing projects over an additional 1.8 million sqm.

ONE33 compound spans 133 feddans in Sheikh Zayed City، designed as a residential، service، and recreational project that adheres to all sustainability standards to create a happy living environment for its residents. The project boasts a prime location in the northern expansions، close to all major routes.

Badreldin Developments has entrusted the consultancy work to EHAF Consulting Engineers، ensuring the inclusion of extensive green spaces so that each group of buildings has its own private garden. The units feature unique views of natural landscapes، providing comfort، happiness، and fresh air. The development was constructed with a minimal building footprint to maximize green spaces and services، achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ONE33 features residential units in various designs and sizes to meet the needs of a wide range of clients، with areas starting from 85 sqm up to 220 sqm.
