Nile Property Expo set to launch in New Jersey on 13 September، featuring Al Ahly Sabbour، Saudi Egyptian Developers، and City Edge

Expo Republic، a company specializing in organizing exhibitions and conferences، is preparing to launch the 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo—the largest real estate exhibition regularly held outside of Egypt—from the state of New Jersey، USA. 

The 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo will take place from 13th to 15th September 2024، and will feature leading real estate developers، including Al Ahly Sabbour، City Edge، Saudi Egyptian Developers، Cornerstone Development، Safwa Urban Development، and Lakeview Development.

Entering new markets

This comes as part of the Nile Property Expo's commitment to entering new markets to promote Egyptian real estate and achieve the best results in the real estate export sector. Dr. Bassem Kalila، Chairman of Expo Republic، the company organizing the exhibitions and conferences، stated that the 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo will feature leading real estate developers with a diverse portfolio of projects across various cities throughout Egypt.

He noted that the expansion of the Nile Property Expo into new markets، especially beyond the Arab world، followed extensive studies that revealed a real demand for Egyptian real estate from expatriate Egyptians and foreigners. This demand is particularly strong following the depreciation of local currency، Egyptian pound، against the dollar، making Egyptian real estate an attractive investment due to the high return on investment.

A wide variety of offered units

He added that the Egyptian market is characterized by a wide variety of offered units and strong competition among companies to offer the best products. In May 2024، Expo Republic organized the 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، which saw significant turnout and impressive sales for the participating companies.

The 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo featured top developers in the Egyptian real estate market، including City Edge، Tatweer Misr، Orascom Development Egypt، Al Ahly Sabbour، cred، Oriental Urban Development (OUD)، El Attal Holding، Misr Italia Properties، Saudi Egyptian Developers، Roya Developments، Gates Developments، Times Development، Marriott، and New Generation.

Since its inception in 2017، the Nile Property Expo has generated nearly $500m in sales for real estate developers، with more than 90 developers participating in various editions of the expo.
