"Attal Properties," a leading company in the Egyptian real estate market, organized a field tour for a group of journalists and media professionals at its distinguished Park Lane project in the New Administrative Capital, to review the latest developments in the project and the delivery processes.

The tour comes as part of "Attal Properties" celebrating its achievements for 2024, having successfully delivered 500 units in its various projects in the last quarter of the previous year, in accordance with the agreed delivery dates with clients, continuing its efforts to achieve urban development goals in the country.

The company officially started delivering the first phase of the Park Lane project in the New Administrative Capital, completing the delivery of 500 units in the last quarter of 2024, out of a total of 1,100 residential units with varying sizes ranging from 90 square meters to 355 square meters.

In this context, Eng. Ahmed Attal, Chairman of Attal Group, expressed his pride in the company achieving its goals last year, stating: "At Attal Properties, we believe that our commitment to the agreed delivery dates reflects our respect for our clients and their trust in our projects. Delivering 500 units in the last quarter of 2024 is a major achievement that demonstrates our commitment to quality execution and customer satisfaction."

A model of the urban development

Attal added that "the Park Lane project is not just a residential project, but a model of the modern urban development we aim to achieve, aligned with the country's vision for the New Administrative Capital. The delivery of the first phase represents the beginning of a new success for this exceptional project," noting that the company has already completed about 85% of the total construction in the project.

The tour allowed journalists and media professionals to review the construction and finishing works at the Park Lane project, which is one of the distinguished projects in the R7 area of the New Administrative Capital. The project, which spans an area of 28 acres, consists of four phases, each containing 15 buildings, including residential, commercial, administrative, and hotel units.

The project is distinguished by its high-quality construction, reflecting Attal Properties' vision in providing an integrated urban experience that combines luxury and functionality. The project was designed by the architectural firm of Eng. Raef Fahmy, one of Egypt's leading architectural designers, offering modern designs that reflect the spirit of innovation. The hotel's part of the project was designed by the office of Eng. Hany Saad, known for his creativity in combining elegance with practical functionality. These partnerships with top architectural designers confirm Attal Properties' commitment to provide the highest quality standards throughout all stages of execution to meet clients' expectations for unique and outstanding units.

In related news, Attal revealed that its latest project, "Project 101," developed in partnership with Arab Contractors, has achieved sales estimated at 4.8 billion EGP since its launch in June.

Project 101 is one of the prominent real estate projects developed by Attal Properties, distinguished by its strategic location in plot No. 1 in the first phase of Mostakbal City in New Cairo, close to the Middle Ring Road, making it an ideal destination for both residential and investment purposes.

The project spans a total area of about 424,000 square meters and includes diverse units to meet different customer needs, such as maisonettes, twin houses, townhouses, villas, and residential buildings with sizes ranging from 120 to 500 square meters, designed to provide a complete living experience that suits various tastes and needs.

Additionally, only 11% of the space has been allocated to residential buildings, while 70% has been designed to include innovative water features, green spaces, and integrated services, offering a unique and complete living environment.

"Attal Properties" has contracted with several leading companies to implement the project according to the highest quality standards, with "Inversion" managing and developing the project, and collaborating with the office of international architect Xavier Villalta and YBA Engineering Consultants.

The company also owns the "West Leaves" project, a distinguished residential, commercial, and administrative development located on 38 acres in the western Cairo area, just 300 meters from the 26th of July Corridor. The project has been designed by Eng. Raef Fahmy, with a total investment of 14 billion EGP.

The project is characterized by an innovative technological feature that includes alternative energy solutions and water and energy consumption optimization. It provides a range of technological services and AI solutions designed to achieve exceptional resource efficiency in collaboration with one of the world's largest entities specializing in this field, Siemens.

The best coastal areas

As for "Bay Side," the project is located on 7 acres in one of Egypt’s best coastal areas in Ras Sudr, and includes 170 hotel units in addition to a hotel with 40 rooms.

Attal Properties has contracted with Spatium for the finishing works, with Hany Saad Innovations handling the interior designs, and Yasser El-Beltagi Consulting Engineers responsible for the planning and interior decoration.

Last year, the company invested approximately 7 billion EGP in construction activities, ensuring the timely delivery of units to clients.

Attal announced plans to increase investments in 2025, with an investment of 12 billion EGP, reflecting the company's commitment to develop its projects and achieving customers' aspirations, ensuring the timely delivery of residential units and the highest quality standards.

Attal Properties also announced that it achieved a total of 8 billion EGP in sales across all its projects in 2024 and aims to reach 11 billion EGP in sales for 2025.

As part of its ongoing support for Egyptian sports and national talent development, Attal Properties announced its sponsorship of the Egyptian national handball team for the 2025 World Championship, hosted by Croatia, Denmark, and Norway from January 14 to February 2. This step reaffirms the company's commitment to supporting Egyptian sports and encouraging athletes to achieve success on the international stage.
