LG Egypt Unveils Its 2026 Strategy and Showcases the Latest AI-Powered Smart Air Conditioning Solutions at the Annual AC Distributors Conference
LG Egypt held its annual conference for Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) distributors for 2026 under the theme “Together, We Lead the Future of Comfort,” attended by the company’s leadership along with a distinguished group of distributors and partners from across the country.
During the conference, LG Egypt presented a comprehensive analysis of the Egyptian market, highlighting rapid growth in digital engagement, the expansion of e-commerce, and rising demand for smart, energy-efficient home solutions. These insights form the foundation of the company’s 2026 strategy, which focuses on consumer-centric innovation, strengthening distributor partnerships, and enhancing after-sales services.
One of the event’s key highlights was the unveiling of LG’s new 2026 air conditioner lineup, led by the LG DUALCOOL™️ AI Air series. Equipped with artificial intelligence technologies and a human presence detection sensor, the system automatically adjusts airflow direction, temperature, and energy consumption based on real-time occupancy and room conditions. The series also features advanced benefits such as Dual Vane airflow design, Sleep Timer+, Window Open Detection, Freeze Cleaning technology, and the AI kW Manager, ensuring personalized comfort, improved air quality, and significant energy savings.
LG Egypt also showcased the locally manufactured Hero Inverter series, which delivers highly efficient cooling performance with up to 45% energy savings, enhanced durability thanks to the corrosion-resistant Blue Fin™️ coating, and the Baby Care feature designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for children. The presentation also included Aero Hit 2 air purifiers, offering 360-degree purification, ultra-quiet operation, a compact space-saving design, and smart control via the LG ThinQ™️ app.
In the commercial and large-space solutions segment, LG highlighted its Single CAC solutions and Free Standing ACs, featuring Twin Rotary Inverter compressors, high SEER energy efficiency, low noise levels, easy installation, and stable performance even under harsh climatic conditions—further strengthening LG’s position in residential and light commercial solutions.
The conference also emphasized LG Egypt’s enhanced after-sales service strategy, supported by a nationwide network of more than 427 certified AC technicians, a spare-parts availability rate of 98%, and an average maintenance turnaround time of 2.7 days. Updates to service policies were announced, including expanded warranty coverage for all usage types, improved communication channels with distributors, and strengthened technical support.
LG Egypt further revealed its 2026 marketing and sales strategy, built around four main pillars: enhancing the customer experience at points of sale, understanding consumers and stimulating demand, reinforcing a strong market presence, and supporting distributor partnerships and after-sales services. The plan includes extensive TV and digital campaigns, retail outlet development, influencer marketing activities, interactive experiences and promotions, as well as incentive programs and seasonal offers.
In this context, Steve Ryu, Managing Director of LG Egypt, stated:
“Our vision for 2026 centers on delivering smart comfort solutions that combine AI-driven innovation, energy efficiency, and high reliability. Through our strong partnerships with distributors and continued investments in service excellence, we are committed to leading the future of comfort in the Egyptian market.”
