Egypt hosts the Real Gate Exhibition and Conference, the first local flagship hybrid in-person and virtual real estate marketplace

 

Under the Patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Arab Republic of Egypt, “The Real Gate”, Egypt’s first hybrid real estate exhibition and conference, is set to launch at the Egyptian International Exhibition Center in New Cairo from 25 -27 March. The event is organized by ACG-CBE, a joint venture between ACG-ITF, one of the largest exhibitions and conference organizers, and Coldwell Banker Egypt, the real estate consultancy firm known as the encyclopedia of real estate knowledge.

The exhibition will host more than 40 leading real estate developers showcasing their diverse portfolio of projects from all across the country providing expatriates, local residents, and international businesses looking for residential and commercial units with matchless investment opportunities in the real estate sector in one place. The event will be an outlook over the future of Egyptian real estate market.

“The Real Gate will act as a focal point for real estate developers, investors, and potential buyers in a revolutionary setup introducing the first-of-its-kind hybrid in-person and virtual real estate exhibition in the Egyptian market,” said Ahmed Ghozzi, ACG-ITF Chairman and CEO. “The patronage of the President is a testament to the continuous efforts Egypt is exerting to develop and enhance the real estate sector as a key driver for economic growth and one of the main pillars of Egypt’s 2030 economic vision,” he added.

Egypt's real estate market is seeing robust demand with an estimate of 800,000 units needed every year. The ongoing development and construction of 20 new cities, in addition to the development of the 23 existing communities, present attractive investment opportunities in Egypt. 

The Real Gate will take on a hybrid format to overcome travel restrictions due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and reach international and regional audiences from the heart of Cairo both physically and virtually.

The event’s main goal is to prepare investors, home seekers, and real estate developers for the future by introducing an all-inclusive, first of its kind unique experience that connects Egyptian project owners with their customers worldwide, and covering all frontiers of the real estate sector: residential, finance, and investment.
