IHD development put foundation stone in "VIVID Business Tower"

Chairman: - The project consists of ground floor and 14 commercial and administrative floors with investments estimated with 700 million pounds!

Al-Duwaini “CCO”: - Company plans to launch the new project, which is a “Residential Compound” in the new administrative capital.

With the Chairman of the Board presences “IHD Real Estate Development", put the foundation stone to start the implementation of the "VIVID BUSINESS TOWER" in the Downtown area in New Administrative Capital, and this is the company's first project in the Administrative Capital.

  Eng\ Hossam Al-Akshar, Chairman of the Board, said that the project is located on a distinguished location, as it is located on two axes, with a width of 90 meters, towards the pharmaceutical companies, and the Green River.

  He also said, the project consists of ground floor and 14 commercial and administrative floors with investments estimated at 700 million pounds, from the ground to the second provided with commercial units, and from the third to the 14 provided with administrative units.

Mohamed Al-Duwaini, "CCO" said:-

  Al-Duwaini added that the commercial units start from 28 meters to 98 meters.

and the administrative units starts from 32 meters to 127 meters, also, the administrative units have a distinctive view.

He also said that the commercial units were designed with a practical and distinctive idea, because the entrance of administrative units is completely separate from the entrance to  commercial units as the main entrance of the units view directly on the street, to provide privacy to the customer.

He also explained that 80% of the project has been marketed! Additionally, the final phase is now being launched soon!

He said indicated that a group of major consulting companies had been contracted to complete the project, led by the IVC consultant.

It is among the 20 approved companies in the new administrative capital!

  It works as a project consultant inside the capital, assuring that the project will be delivered within a maximum of 3 years.

Al-Duwaini added that the company plans to launch its new project, it is a "residential compound" in the new administrative capital, which includes added value with green spaces and full technology control of the units
