REDCON to launch in Saudi and maintain its leadership in Sustainability

REDCON Saudi، inaugurated early Feb 2023 as a witness of REDCON’s ability to serving the GCC clients. Together with RIYADA، REDCON opened its doors to the new market، Saudi.

REDCON participation in The Big 5 exhibition in Riyadh was beyond a success. REDCON Saudi signed few Memorandums of Understanding with several developers and business owners as well as registered with major development players in the kingdom.

"Redcon Construction"، first to adopt green architecture

REDCON Construction is one of the key construction players who adopted the green approach many years ago with its iconic Platinum LEED nominee office building in the Fifth Settlement.

REDCON Construction started officially back in the early 90’s، with more than 5 subsidiaries along the array of construction services as well as a Real Estate Developer، positioned as a Green Developer.

REDCON Construction implemented projects for major Real Estate Developers in Egypt، including Emaar Misr، Palm Hills، Aura، Saudi Egyptian Development، Inertia، Shehab Mazhar، Star Light، BetterHome as well as New Giza and Imkan.

REDCON Construction profile has more than 190 completed projects، and around 40 ongoing projects، with a capital of almost 3000 employees serving the Egyptian market at large.

With the next step of heading the GCC، REDCON construction expanded its operations to Saudi. Partnering with RIYADA، one of the biggest investment players in the Saudi market، REDCON Saudi is established.

REDCON Saudi has been able to attract the attention of major Real Estate Development and Construction companies in the Saudi، Arab and international markets during its first participation in " THE BIG 5 SAUDI "، which came a few days after its launch in the Kingdom،” said Eng. Tarek El Gamal”، Chairman.

He then added that the expertise of REDCON founders have been the cornerstone for this new start، and that REDCON is ready for the competition in such a fast-growing visionary market، like Saudi.

Aside from the success in Saudi Market، Golden Gate، the first green mixed-use project in Egypt owned by REDCON for Offices and Commercial Centers and constructed by REDCON Construction، officially launched in 2022 and is considered one of the largest sustainable projects in Egypt with unique features that depend on the principles of sustainable and green buildings architecture.
The project aims at reducing carbon emissions by improving energy and water consumption، and contributing to the enhancement of the internal environment quality at all construction stages starting from planning and site selection to the design، construction، operation and maintenance of buildings.

The "Golden Gate" project is located in a privileged location in the heart of New Cairo، at an investment cost of LE 20 billion and over a total area of 160 thousand square meters. It has the largest facade overlooking Southern 90th St، one kilometer long، in front of the American University in New Cairo.
