Grand Plaza rolls out 300 units at La Mirada El Mostakbal

Grand Plaza for Real Estate and Touristic Investment is offering 300 units at New Cairo's La Mirada El Mostakbal City with targeted sales of LE 450m.

Grand Plaza Chairperson Sherif Osman said the units will be handed over to customers by 2022, noting that the construction of up to 60% of the units has been finalized, while finishing the interiors is underway.

 

" The company fared well in marketing two of the six construction phases of La Mirada Al Mostakbal, as it entered into agreement with Development and Housing Co. whereby the latter shall buy the entire fifth phase of 1200 units," said he.

Moreover, GPRDTI has sold a fair share of units in the first phase of the project, he elaborated, adding the  first and fifth phases  constitute 50% of the whole project.

La Mirada El Mostakbal, a six-phase project of 77 acres with investments totaling LE5.5n, encompasses 2500 residential units with areas of 240sqm and delivery within four years.   

 

Mostakbal for Urban Developments exerted great efforts to cater to needs of developers of La Mirada El-Mostakbal City, he noted.

"This is clearly plausible in utilities executed in the project including power stations, drainage system, roads and infrastructure, as customers are scheduled to get their housing units late this year."
